A potential customer management app for insurance sales representatives

Insurance sales representatives operate in a fast-paced world, constantly meeting potential clients and juggling follow-ups. Yet, for years, they relied on scattered methods - paper notes, phone memos, and spreadsheets - to track customer information. This disorganized system led to lost leads, missed appointments, and a frustrating sales process.
That was about to change.
An insurance company saw the need for a smarter solution - one that would streamline lead management, eliminate data loss, and enhance efficiency. They turned to me to design an intuitive mobile app that would empower their sales team.
I designed a centralized system where all potential customer data is stored in one place. With an intuitive dashboard, users can easily search, update, and manage customer profiles - ensuring no lead is ever lost again.
Adding new customers needed to be fast and seamless. I provided three ways to create a new profile:
Sync contacts from their phone for quick onboarding.
Manual entry via a simple, structured form.
Integration with the company's existing system for automatic lead updates.
To speed up follow-ups, I integrated quick action buttons on each customer profile. Users can:
Schedule meetings directly from the app.
Call customers instantly via phone.
Communicate via Zalo, Viber, or other messaging apps, all within the app interface.
