Streamlining insurance claim processing with eSignature

My roles

UX/UI Designer

For insurance sales representatives, managing claim documents was once a slow and cumbersome process. Paper-based signatures led to delays, misplaced paperwork, and the inconvenience of in-person meetings—creating inefficiencies for both agents and clients.

To solve this, the company sought a digital solution that would streamline document handling, reduce errors, and speed up approvals. They needed a web app with an integrated eSignature feature that would enable secure, fast, and paperless signing. I was brought in to design a system that modernized the claims process, enhancing efficiency while improving the overall client experience.

Insurance sales representatives often juggle multiple clients and paperwork, making efficiency crucial. I designed a clean, modern interface that eliminates clutter and streamlines workflows, allowing agents to focus on what matters - closing deals and serving clients. With intuitive navigation and well-structured features, the app makes managing claims effortless, boosting both productivity and results.

Sales representatives are constantly on the move, switching between desktops in the office and mobile devices in the field. To ensure a consistent, high-performing experience, I developed both a web application and a fully responsive mobile version. Whether at a desk or meeting clients, users can access, track, and process documents with ease, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Speed and accuracy are essential in the insurance industry. By integrating a streamlined eSignature feature, I helped cut down approval times while reducing errors. This paperless approach not only accelerates processes but also improves client satisfaction - turning what was once a tedious, manual task into a smooth, efficient digital experience.
